Registration cannot be completed without this valid document. ** Low-middle income countries is defined by the World Bank list here . Please note that the criterion for reduced fee is not nationality but place of work so that a national of Ukraine or Turkey, for example, working in The Netherlands is not eligible. If you register for this category, please contact the organisers through eea-esem19@manchester.ac.uk with information about your place of work. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR PRESENTING AUTHORS IS THURSDAY, MAY 16. IF YOU ARE AN AUTHOR OF AN ACCEPTED PAPER AND YOU DO NOT REGISTER BY THAT DATE, YOUR PAPER WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE FINAL PROGRAMME. When registering, please remember the EEA and ES submission and presenting policy - presenters can only present one paper in the EEA sessions and one paper in the ES sessions. Furthermore, All presenters at EEA-ESEM Manchester 2019 must be a member of the association in which the paper is being presented (therefore all EEA session presenters must be members of the EEA and all ES presenters must be members of the ES). Students A 'student' is defined as somebody registered in an academic programme at the time of registration. If you are registering as a student, please send a scanned copy of a letter signed by your supervisor or head of department to eea-esem19@manchester.ac.uk during the registration process. Failure to provide this documentation could result in your registration being delayed or withdrawn.

Childcare There is a limited number of childcare places (age of 6 months up to a maximum age of 6 years) available during the congress. Please email eea-esem19@manchester.ac.uk to enquire about these at the earliest opportunity. These will not be available without prior communication with and confirmation from the Congress Office.
