VAT is included in all the registration fees quoted above.

*Students must present a valid Student ID, which can be uploaded during the registration process.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR PRESENTING AUTHORS IS TUESDAY MAY 16. IF YOU ARE A PRESENTING AUTHOR AND YOU DO NOT REGISTER AND PAY BY THAT DATE, YOUR PAPER WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE FINAL PROGRAM.

When registering, please remember the EEA and ES submission and presenting policy - presenters can only present one paper in the EEA sessions and one paper in the ES sessions. Furthermore, All presenters at EEA-ESEM Lisbon 2017 must be a member of the association in which the paper is being presented (therefore all EEA session presenters must be members of the EEA and all ES presenters must be members of the ES).

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Conference materials (congress bag, badge, congress information booklet - if requested, etc.)
  • Coffee breaks and lunches: coffee breaks from afternoon of Monday 21 August to morning of Friday 25 August. Lunches will be provided on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Entrance to the Welcome reception
  • Certificate of participation
  • Payment receipt

  • Accompanying person badge
  • Admission to exhibition

IMPORTANT NOTE: Accompanying persons do not have access to any scientific sessions

Child Care Services

Please note that child care services will be available during the conference. We would kindly ask you to indicate your needs at the appropriate stage during the registration process in order for us to determine necessary arrangments. A dedicated room will be used at the ISCTE-IUL. Furniture and toys will be provided.

We will provide morning and afternoon snacks, but the lunches are not provided. Neither are the consumables or any other special requirements.

Visa Invitation Letters

If you require a visa invitation letter, please send us your request by email after you have registered and paid.

Students

A 'student' is defined as somebody registered in an academic programme at the time of registration. If you are registering as a student, please upload or fax a scanned copy of a letter signed by your supervisor or head of department during the registration process. Failure to provide this documentation could result in your registration being delayed or withdrawn. For further information, please email the organizers.
