VAT is included in all the registration fees quoted above.
*Students HAVE TO present a valid Student ID, which MUST uploaded during the registration process. Registration cannot be completed without uploading this valid document.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR PRESENTING AUTHORS IS TUESDAY MAY 16. IF YOU ARE A PRESENTING AUTHOR AND YOU DO NOT REGISTER AND PAY BY THAT DATE, YOUR PAPER WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE FINAL PROGRAM.
When registering, please remember the EEA and ES submission and presenting policy - presenters can only present one paper in the EEA sessions and one paper in the ES sessions. Furthermore, All presenters at EEA-ESEM Lisbon 2017 must be a member of the association in which the paper is being presented (therefore all EEA session presenters must be members of the EEA and all ES presenters must be members of the ES).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Accompanying persons do not have access to any scientific sessions
A 'student' is defined as somebody registered in an academic programme at the time of registration. If you are registering as a student, please upload or fax a scanned copy of a letter signed by your supervisor or head of department during the registration process. Failure to provide this documentation could result in your registration being delayed or withdrawn. For further information, please email the organizers.
Pre-registration will close at midnight July 31, 2017. Any delegates wishing to register after pre-registration is closed can register on arrival at the registration desk on-site.
Registrations will not be confirmed unless accompanied by full payment. Payment through PayPal credit card is due at the time of registration. As soon as you complete the form you will be taken to the PayPal website where you can either pay using your credit card or by using your account. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make the payment. PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute. Depending on your processor, Payflow Pro also supports level 2 and level 3 Purchasing Cards (P-Cards). Check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card.
Payment by bank transfer may be accepted as an exception. Any bank charges incurred are the delegate’s responsibility and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. An additional €25,00 commission fee will also be required. Please contact email@example.com
Please note that the payment receipt will be issued in accordance with information provided on your registration form. A fee of €25,00 will be charged for the reissue of invoices.

Certificates of Attendance
Certificates will be available for all delegates who attend the congress.
Invitation Letters for Visa Applications
If you require a visa invitation letter, please send us your request to firstname.lastname@example.org after you have registered and paid.
Child Care Services
Please note that child care services will be available during the conference. We would kindly ask you to indicate your needs at the appropriate stage during the registration process in order for us to make the appropriate arrangements. A dedicated room will be used at the ISCTE-IUL. Furniture and toys will be provided. We will provide morning and afternoon snacks, but the lunches are not provided. Insurance and Disclaimer
Neither the Local Arrangements Committee, nor the European Economic Association and Econometric Society provide insurance and will not take responsibility for any loss, accident, damage or illness that might occur during the Congress or in the course of travel to or from the meeting site. Participants, therefore, are strongly recommended to arrange their own personal insurance.
